For over 50 years we have been dedicated to the production of salumi and sausages. Our butchers are full of genuine products, always attentive to people's health, but without giving up the taste and flavors that only Umbrian cuisine can offer. We make our products following the rules handed down by our grandparents and bring to your table what we eat in our lunches on Sundays.

The story of a family
The Battilani family's art in the production of cured meats and sausages was born in the 60s when Duilio, an expert butcher, began making salami, ham and capocollo. Since then the Battilani family has grown, while always maintaining the same love and passion for the art of butchery and the products of the Umbrian and Trasimeno cuisine.
