Truffle salami is characterized by the medium-grain lean dough, prepared with salt, a light spiciness and the addition of ground black truffle which gives the salami an unmistakable flavour.
The seasoning is carried out in our factories with extreme care, for about 40 days, in well-ventilated rooms.
Excellent for filling sandwiches but also to be served and enjoyed together with a good glass of full-bodied red wine . Our salami is made with Umbrian black truffle, enjoy it together with other cured meats such as: ham , lombetto or capocollo and create an excellent Umbrian cured meat platter to share with your friends or relatives.
