Spicy salami is characterized by the medium-grain lean mixture, prepared with salt, a light spiciness and the addition of ground chilli pepper which gives the salami an unmistakable flavour.
The seasoning is carried out in our factories with extreme care, for about 40 days, in well-ventilated rooms.
Excellent for filling sandwiches but also to be served and enjoyed together with a good glass of full-bodied red wine . Enjoy it together with other cured meats such as: ham , lombetto or capocollo and make an excellent Umbrian cured meat platter to share with your friends or relatives.
