The Easter Cheese Cake is a typical Umbrian recipe from the Easter period . There are several recipes to be able to make it, but we are tied to the recipe of our tradition, made with the best pecorino di Pienza , with the addition of black pepper in the dough, with butter for greater lightness. Daily produced by us, to let you enjoy a unique taste of home and tradition.
Each cake weighs about one kilo.
